Hitting the road can be a mix of freedom, and well, a bit of anxiety. Especially for truckers whose office is the vast American highway system. A recent study from a Georgia law firm has resulted in a list of the most dangerous states for drivers based on numbers of fatalities per 100,000 people.

  • Mississippi

    • Fatality Rate: 27

    • Population: 2.9 million

  • Arkansas

    • Fatality Rate: 22

    • Population: 3.1 million

  • Tennessee
