• Mergers & Acquisitions: The industry continues to consolidate, leading to a lot of movement on the list.

• Freight Recession Impacts: Many companies saw revenue declines due to ongoing excess capacity and lower freight rates.

Key Stats:

• 75% of companies reported lower revenues compared to last year.

• The steepest decline was seen by Expeditors International of Washington, which dropped to #7 from #2, as its revenue fell by more than 45%.
