Cincinnati police are investigating an incident involving a semi truckload of ice cream, worth $75,000, that was found abandoned and melting behind Union Terminal. The truck, originating from Indianapolis and destined for Oklahoma, was unexpectedly left behind the Cincinnati Museum Center.
